Relationship analysis between gene expression profiles and rat liver cirrhosis occurrence

Abstract: Liver cirrhosis (LC) is a kind of liver disease which is pathologically characterized by abnormality and necrosis of hepatic cells, proliferation of fibrous tissue, nodular regeneration and pseudolobule formation.
