Relapsing Polychondritis: A Pediatric Case

Abstract: A pediatric case of relapsing polychondritis is reported. Diagnostic features were recurrent episodes of painful inflammation of ear cartilage, episcleritis, and atopic disease. A good therapeutic response was obtained with systemic corticosteroids, dapsone, and methotrexate.
