Relación entre la motivación y el compromiso del alumnado en educación física y el burnout del docente

Abstract: El objetivo de este trabajo fue analizar la motivación autodeterminada y el compromiso comportamental de estudiantes de educación física en función del burnout experimentado por sus profesores. Participaron 644 estudiantes de educación física (302 chicos y 342 chicas) de edades comprendidas entre 11 y 18 años (M = 14.29, DT = 1.37) pertenecientes a 28 grupos de clase diferentes.
