Regulatory Reform: An Idea to Arrange Regulations in Indonesia

Abstract: The current regulatory condition in Indonesia, both from the quantity and quality perspectives, is relatively miserable. A non-proportional number of regulations may lead to bad regulations which tend to be sectoral, overlapping, multi-interpretations, conflicting, and unharmonious.
