This study aims to analyze the impact of tourism on the economy and people's welfare in the Labuan Bajo area. This research was quantitative research with primary and secondary data. The data analysis method used was multiple linear regression analysis with the first structural equation related to the community's welfare (business actors) and the second related to macroeconomic indicators. The research was conducted through a survey of 221 respondents and collecting quarterly data on financial reports. The results showed that the average level of income of business actors who opened a business in tourist locations was higher than those who opened businesses outside tourist sites. The variables of the average length of stay, inflation, and investment significantly affected Regional Original Income in West Manggarai. A business's characteristics were the main determinants of people's welfare and not the perpetrators' characteristics. These results contributed to developing an integrated tourism model that is relevant to the tourist area of Labuan Bajo. The conclusion was that tourism impacted the West Manggarai Regency's economy, including increased local revenue, employment, and gross domestic income.

This research is a descriptive qualitative research that seeks to obtain a new perspective and describe tourism destination governance based on the innovation system in tourism in Malang Regency. The types of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. The researcher collected data using interviews, observation, and documentation. Data is analyzed by carried out throughout the research process, including the preparation of data management and data collection. The conclusion is carried out continuously by looking for patterns, themes, relationships, explanations, and causal paths regarding the results of research on tourism destination governance. The results indicate several problems that must be solved, such as the lack of tourism promotion, the lack of community involvement, limited material for tourism exhibition, and mismatch in tourism development. To solve the problems, the government must strengthen SIDa (Regional Innovation System), which consists of a strategic pillar and policy framework.

Religious tourism in Indonesia is growing rapidly, along with the improvement of the community's economy. Culture and the community's beliefs are among the factors affecting it. Greater Malang has many potential and developable religious tourism destinations. Learning from the two well-known religious tourism destinations, we aim to uncover factors that make tourists loyal to these two religious tourism destinations. These factors are used for mapping and formulating marketing strategy. This research is essential and a novelty as there has not been any research discussing the same theme. These two wellknown religious tourism destinations do not have a marketing strategy in their management. They are simply run as they are and have not been professionally managed. With the qualitative method, the study results show that culture-based faith groups as a target market for religious tourism, the mystical and unique story as positioning, and showing routine attractions to build interest are the three main keys that attract tourists to come to religious tourism destinations repeatedly. The results of this study can be used as a reference to develop marketing strategies for existing religious tourism destinations and improve the potential of religious tourism in Greater Malang. Further research is essential to see whether this research's results apply to different areas or countries with the same community characteristics.
