Supply chain and logistics management is of tremendous importance for multinational organizations. Logistics Service Providers (LSPs) provide logistics services and smooth logistics operations between suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and customers. This paper uses a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) to identify the current trends and future developments of LSPs and the underlying (smart) logistics operations connected to the concept of lifecycle management. An SLR review was conducted to identify relevant research papers in the areas of LSPs and logistics lifecycle management. Out of 288 papers analyzed, 81 were identified as highly appropriate for in-depth analysis. The LSP Lifecycle Model (LSLM) was then developed by combining logistics service characteristics and the lifecycle management concept, including Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Service Lifecycle Management (SLM), and Product Service System (PSS). The LSLM consists of three phases: The Beginning of Life (BOL), the Middle of Life (MOL), and the End of Life (EOL). The LSLM is characterized by three phases, eight criteria, and seventeen sub-criteria. This paper aims to fulfil customer requirements through a product or service in the whole lifecycle of the logistics service provider. The findings further present an adaptable LSLM by focusing on various logistics services and integrating sustainability factors to meet market trends. Logistics cost factors can also be used to evaluate logistics services in the MOL stage. The EOL shows the trend of risk management, evaluation, and decomposition, which is determined by new or re-designed logistics products and services.

Assessment of the Harmonics Influence on the Power Consumption of an Electric Submersible Pump Installation

Oil production is a complex technological process that requires significant electricity consumption. The main electricity consumers in oil and gas production workshops are artificial lift facilities. Currently, among the objects of mechanized mining, installations of electric submersible pumps are widespread. When planning technological modes, it is necessary to be able to assess the change in the power consumption parameters when changing the technological process parameters. The paper proposes a typical replacement scheme for the electrical complex element. The power consumption calculation of electric submersible pump installations has been carried out. The error in the power consumption modeling results of electric submersible pump installations in comparison with the results of instrumental measurements is no more than 10%. The estimation of additional losses of electric energy caused by the influence of harmonics is carried out. The proposed technique makes it possible to estimate the power consumption of an electric submersible pump installation when changing the parameters of the technological process and equipment. The results of the work can be used for planning material support and optimization of warehouse stocks within the framework of integrated logistics support for the technological process of industrial enterprises.

Günümüzde bir işletmenin artan rekabet ortamında başarı sağlayabilmesi, tedarikçilerinin gücü ile doğru orantılı gözükmektedir. Tedarikçilerin gücü ise ürettikleri mal ve hizmetlerin maliyeti, kalitesi ve satış sonrası desteği ile ilgilidir. Bu durum karşımıza Entegre Lojistik Destek (ELD) yaklaşımını çıkarmaktadır. Çünkü ELD yaklaşımı tedarikçi tarafından üretilen mal ve hizmetin tasarımından başlayarak elden çıkarılmasına kadar geçen süreçte üretilen mal ve hizmetin bütünleşik desteğinin sağlanmasını amaçlamaktadır. Ancak işletmeler tarafından en iyi tedarikçinin belirlenmesi oldukça zor bir süreçtir. Bu çalışmada, karar vericilerin uzman oldukları kriterlere yönelik uzman görüşlerine ağırlık verebilen Aşamalı Ağırlık Değerlendirme Oran Analizi (SWARA) metodu ile karar vericilerin tercihlerini belli etmek istemediği durumlarda kullanılabilen Stokastik Çok Kriterli Kabul Edilebilirlik Analizinin (SMAA-2) birleştirilmesi ile oluşturulan SWARA-SMAA-2 yöntemi önerilmiştir. Önerilen yöntem JSMAA programına entegre edilmiş ve bu program vasıtası ile işletmeye yönelik en uygun tedarikçi seçimi gerçekleştirilmiştir.
