“…One of the most important risk factors for complications of diabetes, including foot ulcers, is lack of blood sugar control, the standard criterion for which is long term measurement of HbA1C. Previous studies have shown that if the HbA1C level is increased by 2%, the risk of ulcers increases 1.6 times and the chance of amputation increases 1.5 times [18,19]. Umar Farooque et al showed that the older age, male gender, longer duration of DM, increased HbA1c, and previously existing foot abnormalities in diabetic patients has the risk factors of diabetic foot.…”

“…Not only the experimental methods, but also several other computational or theoretical methods and protocols have been developed up to now [53][54][55][56]. However, the obtained successes are not certain yet as new diseases or the older ones will become wild time by time [57][58][59][60]. In this regard, the modelling procedures and computer-based evaluated descriptors could help to recognize the characteristic features of molecular systems for approaching their further applications especially in the field of computer-aided drug design [61][62][63][64].…”
