Reflexos Das Relações Interpessoais Na Participação Do Controller Em Decisões Organizacionais

Abstract: Este estudo tem como objetivo analisar os reflexos das relações interpessoais na participação do controller na tomada de decisões organizacionais (operacionais e estratégicas). O estudo enquadra-se como descritivo, com abordagem quantitativa. Os dados foram coletados por meio de questionários aplicados junto aos controllers de empresas brasileiras.
