Reflexive layer of cognitive states

Abstract: The article presents the results of studying the reflexive characteristics of cognitive states. The values of states and their relations with the motivational and value characteristics of the subject are studied. The research used methods of analysis of semantic spaces of states: associative experiment and subjective scaling, methods for studying the values and relationships of the subject, mood, metacognitive awareness and involvement in the learning process. The results show that the semantic spaces of most … Show more

“…The dynamics of functional states are the replacement of one set of reactions by another set of reactions. At the same time, we are talking not just about a set of parameters that describe the dynamics, but about trends in the nature of the relationship between them as elements of an integral structure [ 38 ]. The parameters of the cardiovascular, vegetative, and endocrine systems, which were measured in separate periods of time, stress, performance, etc., are related to the characteristics of a person’s functional states.…”

“…They characterize the level of physiological reserves and the potential for the implementation of human activities. A decrease in working capacity can be considered a sign of deterioration in the functional state [ 38 ]. The working capacity dynamics allow one to see at what psycho-physiological “cost” a particular result of an activity is achieved and, in general, to assess whether an activity corresponds to a specialist’s capabilities [ 39 ].…”

“…Along with the research of motivation as such, there are numerous studies in which interrelations between various indicators of academic motivation and other individual psychological characteristics are traced. In particular, studies of the interrelation between characteristics of academic motivation and anxiety (Chauhan, 2016), as well as between motivation and self-reflective awareness (Tikhomirova & Kochetkov, 2018;Karpov, 2003;Prokhorov, 2017).…”
