“…Their application ensures the accuracy and comparability of measurement results across various laboratories, thus providing a reliable framework for evaluating the performance of nanozymes in a standardized manner. 114 This significant accomplishment fills a critical void in the field of nanozymes by establishing reference materials. The newly developed PBNZ reference materials are poised to replace natural HRP and serve as a robust benchmark for evaluating analytical methods and laboratory measurement capabilities.…”

“…Our previous studies have provided compelling evidence that the Prussian blue nanozyme (PBNZ) possesses outstanding enzymatic activities, including mimicking catalase (CAT) and superoxide dismutase (SOD), enabling the effective ROS scavenging. Furthermore, we have observed promising preliminary results indicating that the PBNZ contributes to the restoration of macrophage-mediated inflammation resolution. The encouraging results obtained highlight the PBNZ’s potential as a standalone preresolving agent for alleviating oxidative stress and resolving inflammation within the plaque microenvironment. To further enhance its capacity for modulating the proinflammatory plaque microenvironment, careful design of PBNZ and thoughtful consideration of strategies related to how it activates macrophage-mediated inflammation resolution are crucial.…”

“…Stability refers to the capacity of the properties of an RM to remain consistent within predefined values for a specific duration. A longer specified time interval indicates better stability of the property value . Both short- and long-term stability tests were conducted to assess the stability of the RM matrix.…”
