Hasoglu et al (2020) reported that a 16-year-old male experienced QTc prolongation (501 milliseconds) and increased creatine phosphokinase enzyme level (14,804 U/L) with olanzapine 20 mg.…”

Butcher et al (2015) reported myocarditis in a 25-yearold male with 22q11.2DS taking clozapine 250 mg, with no previous history of cardiac abnormalities. He was subsequently shown to have a dilated akinetic cardiomyopathy and congestive heart failure, which resolved after the clozapine was discontinued.…”
