Abstract:Objective: The 22q11.2 Deletion Syndrome (22q11.2DS) is the most common microdeletion in humans with over 180 phenotypic expressions. Approximately 30–40% of affected individuals will develop psychosis and 25% meet the criteria for schizophrenia.
