Abstract:Dubin-Johnson syndrome is a rare inherited disorder associated with a defect in the ability of hepatocytes to secrete conjugated bilirubin into bile. Patients usually present with chronic or recurrent attacks of jaundice with conjugated hyperbilirubinemia.
