Abstract: Resumo-Os dados disponíveis na Web estão crescendo exponencialmente, oferecendo informações de alto valor agregado às organizações. Tais informações podem estar dispostas em diversas bases e em formatos variados, como vídeos e fotos em mídias sociais.
