Recovery from a possible cytomegalovirus meningoencephalitis-induced apparent brain stem death in an immunocompetent man: a case report

Abstract: BackgroundRecovery from cytomegalovirus meningoencephalitis with brain stem death in an immunocompetent patient is almost impossible.
