Recovery Does Not Prevent Myocardial Damage Due to Overtraining (Biomolecular and Pathobiology Studies)

Abstract: Overtraining the body with exercises and without adequate recovery time would lead to various health conditions. The overtraining conditions, usually leads to oxidative stress which damages the body tissue.
