XRD patterns of the as-melted and heat-treated Ni 45 Co 5 Mn 37 In 12 Si 1 (NM) alloy; Rietveld refinement of Ni 45 Co 5 Mn 37 In 12 Si 1 + 5 at. % Gd (GA); phase fraction, lattice parameters, and goodness of fit of NM, GS, and GA from Rietveld refinement; and survey spectra and core-level XPS spectra of Ni 2p, Co 2p, Mn 2p, In 3d, and Si 2p of NM alloy (PDF)
