<span>As weather-related disasters visit the Philippines regularly and the intensity increases over time, an all-weather system of monitoring the weather and its effects is necessary. Specifically, when super typhoon Yolanda (with international name Haiyan) devastated central Philippines in 2013, almost all public terrestrial communication systems were down. This paper proposes a “back-to-the-basics”, stand-alone and scalable system used to monitor the weather in several locations. The system is not dependent on the public telecommunication systems but rather uses the old but reliable Very High Frequency (VHF) two-way communication system for the transmission of sensor data such as temperature, wind speed and direction, rainwater precipitation and water level. The scalability feature of the system allows the addition of more monitoring stations to cover a wider area. Based on the tests conducted with the prototype composed of a command center and three (3) local monitoring stations, the system was able to demonstrate the transmission of weather data as well as the scalability feature of the system. The system is envisaged that the proposed system can be very useful in weather monitoring in a provincial setting where the command center is in the provincial capitol and the monitoring stations are in municipalities and cities within the province.</span>

Decision Support Systems (DSS) are systems that assist decision-makers and aim to synthesize domain and technical knowledge and package it so non-scientists can use and comprehend it. This study aims to compile initial empirical studies that can objectively reject or confirm the central hypothesis. The materials were retrieved after applying the filtered query across all sources. All search engine providers use five query strings. In each example, five findings were collected, sorted, and compared to one another, and 152 papers were generated. Seventy-six documents were discovered after applying the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Each of the 70 papers was independently examined and analyzed. The method of study followed a specific procedure explicitly developed to minimize the risk of researcher bias. It is primarily concerned with whether fisheries have decision-making systems and what empirical outcomes these systems produce, particularly in real-time analysis. The result shows a dearth of research on intelligent DSS, which accounts for less than 3% of all DSS types discussed in the article. This study offers academics and professionals an overview of the implementation of DSS. These new contributions imply the form of several different new contributions to further research. Furthermore, the possibility of identifying research gaps increases once merged with geoinformation technology or spatial information. We introduced a new model that combines spatial logistics techniques with GIS-based tracing and tracking. The envisioned logistics ensure spatial and logistical traceability in the process of fish products.

This study aims to describe the planning of an e-report program at a senior high school at Negeri 7 Mataram. Data was collected through interview studies, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques Data analysis techniques use three flow of activities, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. Meanwhile, in checking the validity of the data, this research was carried out with credibility, transferability and dependability. The results of the study indicate that the e-report program is an innovation of service support from the Directorate of High School Development in welcoming the implementation of the 2013 Curriculum (K13). The problems that exist in the implementation of the e-report program at SMA Negeri 7 Mataram are the existence of several teachers who do not understand information technology, the slow connection of the e-report server, to the understanding of the student's parents who are completely lacking in e-reports. In planning the e-report program the principal with the ICT team compiles a detailed schedule of activities, the goal is that each assessment activity can run optimally, because these activities will have a positive impact on school residents, especially the fathers and mothers of teachers in the process of inputting grades into the school e-report.
