Readiness for enhanced self-health management among people with diabetes mellitus

Abstract: Objective: To identify the nursing diagnosis, readiness for enhanced self-health management, among people with type 2 diabetes who are adherent to pharmacological treatment. Methods: The sample consisted of 579 subjects from 12 primary care services who received home visits. To determine adherence to the pharmacological treatment, the pill count test was conducted.
