Abstract: The EH program for maximum-likelihood (ML) frequencies based on an expectation-maximization (EM) algorithm was employed for re-estimation of the b-globin gene cluster haplotype frequency distributions in Japanese, Koreans, and three Colombian Amerinds (Wayuu, Kamsa, and Inga tribes).
