Rasionalitas Penggunaan Antibiotik Pada Pasien Infeksi Saluran Pernafasan Rawat Jalan di Puskesmas Sungai Abang Kabupaten Tebo Tahun 2018

Abstract: Infeksi saluran pernafasan adalah penyebab utama morbiditas dan mortalitas penyakit menular di dunia. Terapi pengobatan pada penyakit infeksi saluran pernafasan terdiri dari pemberian antibiotik dan pengobatan simtomatis. Keberhasilan terapi sangat tergantung pada penggunaan antibiotik secara rasional yang tepat dan bijak. “…Studi lainnya melaporkan penggunaan antibiotik pada pasien ISPA non pneumonia pada pasien anak di 6 Puskesmas sebesar 15,11% dan pasien dewasa 63,83% yang menunjukkan pada pasien dewasa belum sesuai dengan dengan indikator Kementrian kesehatan yang seharusnya <20% (Syamsul et al, 2019).
