Rancang Bangun Alat Pengering Bahan Makanan Berbasis Wings Drying System Dengan Dua Sumber Panas

Abstract: Permasalahan umum alat pengering yaitu penyebaran udara panas tidak merata. Tujuan penelitian untuk mendesain, mengetahui kefeektifan, dan menganalisis efisiensi alat. Penelitian menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, dan Evaluate). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif.
