“…are centered around the modes v 1 , v 2 , v 5 , v 8 , and v 11 . For BLSFs, the Raman bands at high‐frequency region are believed to originate from the internal vibrations of TiO 6 octahedra . The two modes v 8 and v 11 correspond to two pure bond stretching vibrations of TiO 6 octahedra and are assigned E g and A 1g character, respectively.…”

“…Figure 7a gives the thermal annealing behavior of piezoelectric constant (d 33 ) of the C x SBN ceramic. The excellent piezoelectric constant polarized at 150°C for 20 min of all samples is founded to be 18 pC/N when x is 0.1, which is higher than the reported results in other Aurivillius material systems [17,33]. The enhanced d 33 originates from the combined effects caused by the lattice distortion and the increasing concentrations of oxygen vacancies [6,24].…”

“…is often used to dope bismuth layer piezoelectric ceramics, so that the piezoelectric properties and T c can be improved significantly. For instance, Kumar et al [17]. have investigated the properties of Ca x Ba 1-x Bi 4 Ti 4 O 15 ceramics and found that the T c (x = 0.25) was improved to 503°C with relatively large piezoelectric constant (d 33 , 15 pC/N) compared to pure BaBi 4 Ti 5 O 18 (T c = 422°C, d 33 = 11 pC/N).…”

“…The Raman spectroscopy is frequently employed to probe the subtle structural distortions induced both by the tilting of octahedra and by the cationic displacements in perovskites and other related compounds. [54][55][56][57] Fig. 3(a) shows the room temperature Raman spectra of (1 À x)KNN-(x)BZT (x ¼ 0.00 to 0.10) samples in the wavenumber range of 50-1000 cm À1 .…”
