R and D Resource Allocations by Selected Foreign Countries,

Abstract: Department set forth the following study purpose: The immediate objective of the project is to analyze the R&D expenditures of selected foreign countries during the past 3-5 years, to estimate current annual expenditures, and to project future expenditures for the next 3-5 years.
