Quantum Gravity as Higher Dimensional Perspective

Abstract: Although highly predictive in their respective macroscopic and microscopic domains of applicability, General Relativity and quantum mechanics are mathematically incompatible, perhaps most markedly in assumptions in their formalisms concerning the nature of space and time. In perspective we already have a conceptual structure that links the local, macroscopic frame and the remote, apparently microscopic frame. A mathematical principle is invoked as a natural limit on D( ), so that effects which are clearly pers… Show more

“…6,7,[29][30][31][32]65 As such, while certain award tasks, such as negotiation of contracts and hiring, can be delegated to relevant HEI departments (such as Human Resources and Finance) the level of support offered for other activitiessuch as review and approval of research operations, managing direct information requests and reportingis not always clear due to differences in HEI facilities, resources, and internal funding. In addition, RMA appears to heavily vary by country, [65][66][67] and even where it is readily available (such as in dedicated 'grant offices' or 'post-award offices' 3 ) a 'systematic problem' of administrative burden and issues with compliance is still being reported, 68 with issues stemming from factors such as overburdened central offices, 31 poor leadership, 42 inadequate training, 30,65 and ineffective relationships between researchers and administrators. 29 The concern therefore is that not having the needed support for postaward tasks may affect the timely delivery of the research and reduce its impact, as well as return on the funders' investments.…”

“…There exists a long line of ongoing work related to various aspects of lattice-based cryptography such as development of practical schemes [52,106,113,148], theoretical cryptanalysis [84,183], practical implementations on a variety of implementation platforms [227, 234, Matthias J. Kannwischer and Joost Rijneveld and Peter Schwabe and Ko Sto elen misuse attacks [65,119] and even early adoption and prototype testing of latticebased schemes in real world secure protocols and applications [58,190,191]. Thus, lattice-based cryptographic schemes in a way tick several boxes, right from theory until practice which argues well for its case towards wide-scale adoption.…”
