Quantum efficiency measurement of concentrator photovoltaic modules

Abstract: The quantum efficiency (QE) is an important measure for the electro-optical characterization as well as the calibration of photovoltaic (PV) devices. In this paper we present a novel experimental approach for the generation of monochromatic radiation with sun-like angular characteristics that enables external QE (EQE) measurements of concentrator photovoltaic (CPV) modules.
