Quantitative of pesticide residue on the surface of navel orange by confocal microscopy Raman spectrometer

Abstract: The potential of Confocal micro-Raman spectroscopy in the quantitative analysis of pesticide (Chlorpyrifos, Omethoate) residues on orange surface is investigated in this work. Quantitative analysis models were established by partial least squares (PLS) using di®erent preprocessing methods (Smoothing, First derivative, MSC, Baseline) for pesticide residues. For pesticide residues, the higher correlation coe±cients (r) is 0.972 and 0.943, the root mean square error of prediction (RMSEP) is 2.05% and 2.36%, respe… Show more

“…Dimethoate exhibited a clear SERS fingerprint pattern in the presence of the AuNP mirror, and a distinct peak was observed at 904 cm –1 (S-CH 2 ) due to the interaction between the sulfur group and AuNPs . The peak intensity at 904 cm –1 was chosen as the characteristic peak of dimethoate for SERS mapping.…”
