Quantitative measurements by gas chromatography were done by using the response coefficients calculated by comparing the height of the peak of each adrenal steroid with that of the cholesteryl butyrate according to Maume et al (1979). Gas chromatography was carried out on 25 m long SE30 wall-coated open tubular glass columns (0.21 mm internal diameter) made by Spiral (Dijon, France).…”
