Quantifying wind-induced undercatch in the precipitation measurements at Ukrainian weather stations

Abstract: Literature overview. Precipitation measurements include random and systematic errors. Systematic errors increase in the following order: evaporation loss, wetting loss, and wind-induced undercatch (World Meteorological Organization, 2008).
