The study develops a method for monitoring and management of the quality of educational programs using software instruments. The method describes each of the monitoring implementation stages in detail specifying the input and output data, as well as the controls that affect the time and quality of the implementation of the corresponding stage. Algorithm programs in the form of flowcharts reflecting all the content aspects are developed and formalized for the automatization of monitoring. The presented algorithm models allow implementing the program complex of the system for monitoring and management of the quality of educational programs using the modern object-oriented design and programming environments. The goal of the study is to develop a model of algorithms for the organization of monitoring and managing the quality of educational programs, which allow reducing the time costs of these processes while increasing the objectivity of quality assessment. The obtained results are intended for the audit of educational services, public control over the implementation of educational activities, accreditation of directions of training, or licensing of educational organizations. The developed algorithms provide for evaluating the content of each stage of the audit of an educational program, generate a list of notes ranked by importance, and ensure the rational allocation of resources for the implementation of each stage of the educational process.

This study examines and analyzes the differences between GeoGebra-assisted community learning and conventional learning in improving students' creative thinking skills in junior high schools. The research method uses quantitative, designed with an experimental pattern of nonequivalent control groups. Samples taken not randomly from two different classes amounted to 79 people. One class gets community learning with the help of GeoGebra, and the other class gets conventional learning. Data obtained by using the test. The test was conducted twice, namely pretest and posttest. Normalized N-Gain is done to measure the increase in creative thinking skills. Data analysis used an independent sample t-test. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that there was a significant increase in students' creative thinking skills. Learning community is student-centered learning in groups (Student-Centered Learning). The research findings consider it important to implement GeoGebra-assisted learning communities according to the characteristics and development of the student learning environment.

The Philippines ranked at second overall lowest out of 79 participating nations worldwide as regards to Mathematical literacy which was according to the Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA), in 2018 (Layug et al., 2021). In the PISA International Report (2019), Filipino children's average score in Mathematical literacy was 353 points, significantly lower than the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) average of 489 points, indicating a below Level 1 proficiency (Mullis & Martin, 2019). Data like these were necessary to deal with the problem of students' confidence in Mathematics and develop effective strategies to enhance Mathematics education in the Philippines. The study recommended that consideration be given to teaching Mathematics using a multivariable approach. This aims to develop instructional manipulative materials called "MATH-erials," in enhancing Numeracy skills among Kindergarteners. The study has its focus on creating and utilizing materials that are age-appropriate which were linked in learning preferences and developmental needs of learners. Quantitative approach was used through a descriptive-developmental method. The participants for this study were from LRMS, Early Childhood experts, Kindergarten teachers, and 30 Kindergarteners. The study was conducted at Perez Elementary School, CMIS-Catmon, and Pulilan Central School. The data had shown that MATH-erials helps the learners to be engaged and active in learning Numeracy. With this, the results could influence the creation of curriculum, ways of instruction, and programs for the professional development of teachers that support early Mathematical learning, thus provide a solid basis for future academic achievement. The MATH-erials have the potential to improve children's attitudes toward Mathematics and their long-term Mathematical achievement by creating a joyful and stimulating Mathematical experience in Kindergarten. The learners are interested in using the MATH-erials because it has ignited their logical thinking skills and kept them interested.
