English as a Second Language emerges as an essential language to acquire and impacts most of the education system. The scenario also requires our young learners to master the language to polish their interpersonal and communication skills to prepare them for a developing nation. This research aims to study whether using the Pick and Speak board game can help enhance speaking skills among primary school pupils. The research applied quasi-experimental research to obtain data. 67 Year 3 pupils from four suburban schools in Sarawak were identified as the research sample. The researchers grouped them into high achievers, intermediate and low achievers. Pupils were given questionnaires to get their feedback to support the data finding from the pre-test and post-test. With the aid of this board game intervention, pupils are expected to construct sentences using present continuous tense and describe their daily routines orally. The study indicated that using Pick and Speak board game impacts pupils' speaking performance, especially in vocabulary and pronunciation, followed by grammar and fluency aspects during the learning process. The researchers hoped that this board game innovation would benefit both the teachers and young learners as the alternative teaching aid to teach and develop their speaking skills with grammatical errors free. Most importantly, the Pick and Speak board game offers an effective way of improving teaching efficiency, encouraging the element of collaborative and competition in a non-threatening environment.

Advertisement on products or services can be found in many forms; video, banners, pamphlets, etc. However, these advertisements only function as a one-way communication as consumers are only presented with the product information and the seller. Further action on purchasing the product is absent or is to be made separately. Such an approach may not guarantee a sale for the seller as the customer may only retrieve the information of the product but purchase it elsewhere. Hence, this study demonstrates the use of QR code technology not only in marketing but also in e-commerce. The technology is realized in "On the GoShop" mobile application that has two types of users: seller and buyer. Sellers are people who wanted to promote their product and/or services while buyers are the ones who have a desire to purchase. An evaluation study on the acceptance of the mobile application was then performed on a total of 50 respondents and it is learned that the proposed e-commerce application is well accepted. Ninety percent of the respondents agree with the usefulness of the application and are looking forward to using the application in daily routines. The use of QR code technology not only facilitates consumer in purchasing their desired product but also contribute to cost-effective marketing.

Today, a lot of us have a lot of digital wallet services that we use. Because of that tracking our spending has become significantly harder because most people use more than one digital wallet. This study aims to find out how can we utilize QR code in the payment receipt at out digital transaction, to keep track on our transaction on various digital wallet. To help keep track of the expenses from the various digital wallet, we use QR code that is generated from the receipt of the transaction that contain the encrypted data of the transaction that occurs. This data can be scanned so it can be added to a personal budget tracker app so the user can manage their digital expenses in one view.
