QoE-aware Bandwidth Allocation for Multiple Video Streaming Players over HTTP and SDN

Abstract: For many years, the most popular technique for Internet video streaming is hypertext transfer protocol-based adaptive streaming, known as HAS (HTTP Adaptive Streaming).
