“…Indeed, from 2004 to 2006, CAPES took into account five criteria for evaluation 5 : I -post-graduate program proposal; II -academic level of the teaching staff; III -student theses and dissertations; IV -intellectual production; and V -social inclusion. Careful analysis of the integral text [5][6][7][8] allows one to observe that all of these criteria reflect the publication of papers in indexed databases such as Lilacs and Medline.
