Abstract: Aims: Purification of methanol dehydrogenase (MDH) from methylotrophic bacteria was conducted to obtain pure enzyme for further research and industrial applications due to the enzyme's unique activity that catalyzes oxidation of methanol as an important carbon source in methylotrophic bacteria.
