Cel pracyPrzedmiotem rozważań autorów artykułu jest problematyka job crafting (JC) - kształtowania pracy, w relacji do postrzeganego stresu w pracy, wśród przedstawicieli zróżnicowanych grup zawodowych. Celem artykułu jest uzyskanie odpowiedzi na następujące pytania badawcze: Czy uczestniczące w badaniach grupy zawodowe różnią się między sobą pod względem (poszczególnych aspektów i łącznego wyniku) kształtowania pracy, stresu w pracy? Czy istnieje zależność między job craftingiem (kształtowaniem pracy) a poziomem postrzeganego stresu w pracy w badanych grupach?Materiał i metodyW badaniach zastosowano zwalidowane kwestionariusze - The Job Crafting Questionnaire i Kwestionariusz Kształtowania Pracy. Poziom postrzeganego stresu badano korzystając z Kwestionariusza Postrzeganego Stresu w Pracy. W badaniach uczestniczyło 138 osób, posiadających wyższe wykształcenie. Cztery grupy respondentów (polscy i zagraniczni nauczyciele akademiccy, menadżerowie i specjaliści) nie różniły się między sobą zarówno pod względem parytetu płci jak i wieku i stażu pracy.WynikiBadane grupy różnią się między sobą jedynie pod względem kształtowania pracy, natomiast nie występują między nimi statystycznie istotne różnice w postrzeganiu stresu w pracy. Ponadto, wykazano, że między poziomem job craftingu istnieje silna, odwrotnie proporcjonalna zależność, co oznacza, że możliwość kształtowania pracy współwystępuje z niższym poziomem postrzegania stresu.WnioskiIstnienie zależności między kształtowaniem pracy, a postrzeganym stresem zawodowym, w analizowanych grupach potwierdza znaczenie poczucia sprawczości i kontroli w zachowaniu równowagi psychicznej pracownika. Uzyskane dane mają wymiar aplikacyjny i wskazują na możliwość podjęcia szeregu działań podnoszących poziom dobrostanu pracownika i przyczyniających się do rozwoju organizacji.
