Psychometric Properties and Validation of Mini-International Personality Item Pool (Mini-IPIP) among Nigerian Population

Abstract: Aims: There is dearth of information on the psychometric of measures of personality on Nigerian population. “…Redeemer's University Retirement Anxiety Scale (RURAS) is a 13-item multidimensional screening tool for retirement anxiety developed by Ogunsemi et al .
