“…Thus, an issue of the influence of a magnetic field and shear flow on the MVE in barium hexaferrite MFs is definitely not sufficiently studied. Although, magnetic and structural properties of such ferrofluids, as well as various methodological issues of synthesis of corresponding nanoplates and their physical and chemical properties have been studied in detail, for example, in [ 15 , 16 , 17 , 18 , 19 , 20 , 21 , 22 ], therefore, they are not a priority objective of this study.…”

“…For some samples, values very close to the theoretical value of 72 Am 2 kg −1 . In all series, the highest magnetization was observed for single-phase BaFe 12 O 19 samples, because both BaFe 2 O 4 and Fe 2 O 3 , occurring as impurities, have no or weak ferromagnetic properties (Dudziak et al, 2020). Based on conducted Nikmanesh et al, 2019 with di erent levels of doping material concentration.…”

“…Hexagonal ferrites (also referred as hexaferrites) represent a large class of magnetic ceramics with a hexagonal structure, which could be seen as an Fe 2 O 3 network distorted by the presence of larger cations, usually Sr, Ba, or Pb. Compared to their spinel relatives, they generally (i) require higher temperatures to be synthesized, (ii) form larger particles easily, and (iii) exhibit typical hard-ferromagnetic behavior, with a large value of magnetic remanence and coercivity [66]. The hexaferrite family might be classified into six sub-categories, depending on the complexity of their crystal structure: M-type, Z-type, Y-type, W-type, X-type, and U-type ferrites [67].…”
