This study aims to test the validity and reliability of the IoJEPD model instrument to improve the competence of elementary school teachers. This study uses content validity. Quantitative methods and professional experts are the considerations used in this research. The stage of proving the validity of this instrument is carried out utilizing a validation process involving three experts in the fields of learning, evaluation, and experts in the field of instrument preparation. Validity is carried out in the form of a rating scale, which is shown at the level of agreement of the validator rating on the validation items and the Cronbach Alpha Coefficient to measure reliability. The results showed that: a) 15 items of interview guidelines were valid with a validity index range of 0.883; b) 17 items of valid teacher response questionnaire with a validity index range of 0.877;c) 50 valid pedagogical competency questionnaires with a validity index range of 0.865, and d) 40 valid professional competency questionnaires with a validity index range of 0.838. With Cronbach's Alpha coefficient, the reliability of the pedagogical competency test above is 0.901 and the professional competency test is 0.810. So it can be concluded that the scale is valid and very reliable to measure the professional and pedagogic competence of elementary school teachers.

This paper investigates the pivotal role of school principals in shaping and enhancing Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) among teachers to enhance the quality of Islamic Religious Education (IRE) instruction. The research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Bumi Raya, located in Morowali Regency, Central Sulawesi Province, Indonesia, employing descriptive-qualitative methodologies. Data analysis was conducted using the N-Vivo software. The findings of this study underscore the multifaceted role of principals in fostering OCB. Principals emerge as both motivators and supervisors within the educational setting. As motivators, they offer support and encouragement to teachers facing challenges, convene regular meetings to address issues, and deliver motivating messages during ceremonial gatherings. As supervisors, they diligently assess and oversee the performance of their teaching staff, ensuring a high standard of educational delivery. Internally, factors influencing OCB include teachers' personality development and perception of organizational support. Externally, the quality of relationships between superiors and subordinates and the length of service significantly impact OCB outcomes. In summary, this research sheds light on the pivotal role of school principals as motivators and supervisors and identifies key internal and external factors that influence the optimization of OCB among teachers. Understanding these dynamics is crucial for improving the management and quality of Islamic Religious Education learning in educational institutions.

Team-based learning in online education: the development of students’ creative thinking skills in digital art

A person cultivates their creative skills influenced by various types of activities. The purpose of the work is to study the peculiarities of the development of students’ creative thinking skills, which are interrelated with the development of appropriate stages of team teaching, as well as to determine the impact of creative thinking on the indicators of academic performance and motivation to learn. The authors used the methods of sociological survey, which allowed them to determine that the largest number of students had mastered the skills of discipline (27%) and emotionality (21%) to a greater extent at the initial stage of the study. The results showed that 11% of the students in creative subjects (painting, digital art) and 7% of students in general disciplines (history, sociology, pedagogy, mathematics, physics, Chinese, cultural studies) had their academic performance at a high level before the start of online learning. The process of online teaching to paint was based on teamwork using the technologies of online education through educational online platform in the context of digital art. The results of the survey showed that the students had developed their creative skills significantly after training. The development of creative manner (29%) and analytical thinking (28%) were most popular. The authors determined that 88% of the students had received high grades in creative disciplines and 83% of the students in general academic disciplines after training. Most students were characterized by a high level of knowledge. The results are valuable for researchers who study the relationship between the development of creative skills and knowledge in general academic subjects, as well as strive to develop new curricula.
