“…In accordance with previous study, IкBα degradation, NF‐κBp65 subunit upregulation in nuclear and immunofluorescence staining evidenced the translocation of NF‐κBp65 from cytoplasm to nuclear followed by the overexpression of RIP140 . After that, NF‐κBp65 binds to proinflammatory cytokines promoters to mediate the generations of TNF‐α, IL‐1β and IL‐6 . In this study, the phosphorylation of NF‐κBp65 and IкBα were elevated in AA rats , while sinomenine can downregulate the levels of p‐NF‐κBp65 and p‐IкBα in dose dependant manners, with NF‐κBp65 and IкBα as internal controls respectively.…”
