Propuesta de instrumento para contextualizar interacciones mediante tecnologías de la información de los familiares de pacientes hospitalizados.

Abstract

La evolución de las Tecnologías de la Información incorpora cambios en la comunicación de la e-Salud propiciando iniciativas de investigación. Se propone la construcción y validación de un primer cuestionario para estudiar el contexto de las interacciones mediante el uso de las tecnologías de la información de los familiares de pacientes hospitalizados. La construcción se apoyó en las fases propuestas por Hernández Sampieri, la validación en base al coeficiente alfa de Cronbach y el constructo mediante análisis factorial. Se obtuvo un instrumento con 20 ítems distribuidos en tres dimensiones y datos demográficos. Presenta una excelente confiabilidad y fiabilidad, por lo que resulta adecuado para medir objetivamente las interacciones de los familiares de pacientes hospitalizados en ausencia de un instrumento similar.
