Proposta de um roteiro de apoio à descrição de lesões bucais como instrumentalização para a comunicação profissional

Abstract: A boa comunicação escrita é uma habilidade essencial para a troca de informações entre profissionais da saúde. No contexto do SUS, essa troca ocorre por meio de documentos de referência e contrarreferência.
