Desain rangka kendaraan pemanen jagung kombinasi menuntut rangka kendaraan yang memiliki berat dan kekuatan yang efisien selain kriteria sifat lain yang perlu dipertimbangkan. Pemilihan material dengan banyak kriteria merupakan hal rumit dan memerlukan metode yang tepat untuk meningkatkan probabilitas keberhasilan produk. Pemilihan material rangka kendaraan pemanen jagung kombinasi dilakukan dengan metode CRITIC, Digital Logic dan TOPSIS. Bobot kriteria dihitung dengan metode CRITIC dan Digital Logic. Kandidat material diurutkan dengan metode TOPSIS. Kandidat material terdiri dari dua golongan material yaitu aluminium dan baja struktur. Urutan pertama dengan bobot kriteria metode CRITIC dan metode DL adalah A7075-T6. Urutan kedua dengan metode CRITIC adalah A6061-T6 dan dengan metode DL adalah SSA710. Chassis is the component of an automobile that acts as the frame to support the vehicle body. This study main objective of the study reduce the overall weight of the chassis with help of FEA method. Increase the overall strength of the chassis. Calculated the stress and deformations at different loading conditions. Proposed the best suitable material for chassis design. This results are the total weight of the chassis reduce up to 37 kg. And total deformation and equivalent stress was 26.285mm and10.441mpa. The FEA Analysis Of Tata Ace Chassis design is built with low density carbon fiber (1298Kg/m3) since it is a less weight and has an excellent strength weight ratio and shows good bending and torsion stiffness comparing with other material hence FEA Analysis Of Tata Ace Chassis with carbon fiber material is a best alternative design for the light weight chassis design.

The influence of fiber orientations on the crashworthiness of carbon fiber-reinforced polymer (CFRP) composite tubes was investigated to fill in the knowledge gap regarding the effects of fiber angle on the energy-absorbing potential of these tubes. This study adopted the Hammersley sequence sampling (HSS) method to generate a quasi-random distribution of the design objectives. Then, LS-DYNA was utilized for numerical quasi-static crushing tests to measure the specific energy absorption (SEA) and the crushing force efficiency (CFE) of a quasi-static CFRP tube at different fiber angles. The Kriging method was implemented to generate a surrogate model. Finally, Pareto results were extracted deterministically and probabilistically using the NSGAII algorithm. Fiber orientation angles are naturally exposed to uncertainties in the manufacturing process; thus, the main contribution of the study is illustrating the effects of fiber angle orientations on the energy-absorbing characteristics of CFRP tubes while incorporating uncertainties into the optimization procedure. Interestingly, the optimum fiber angle orientations revealed the potential advantage of using non-conventional angle-ply layouts by improving the CFE by up to 4% compared with the initial design configuration. The results also demonstrated the capability and superior performance of the optimization procedure in finding the global optima, and the necessity of conducting a probabilistic examination in similar studies.
