Properties ofDs2*(2573)charmed-strange tensor meson

Abstract: The mass and current coupling constant of the D * s2 (2573) charmed-strange meson is calculated in the framework of two-point QCD sum rule approach. Although the quantum numbers of this meson is not exactly known, its width and decay modes are consistent with I(J P ) = 0(2 + ), which we consider to write the interpolating current used in our calculations. Replacing the light strange quark with up or down quark we also compare the results with those of D * 2 charmed tensor meson and estimate the order of SU(3) … Show more

“…In Ref. [14] a subset of form factors are estimated within a three-point QCD sum-rule approach and a recent analysis [15] extends the previous work by providing results for the full set ofB → D * 2 transition form factors (including the tensor form factors), up to twist-four accuracy of B-meson LCSR as well as incorporating the finite virtual quark mass effects. We adopt the formalism developed in Ref.…”

“…QCD sum rules proved to be a most powerful non-perturbative method in studying the ground state hadrons and it has been widely used to analyze the masses, decay constants, form factors and strong coupling constants, etc [45,46]. There have been many reports about its applications to the ground state with spin-parity J P C = 0 ± , 1 ± , 2 + , 3 − mesons [47][48][49][50][51][52][53][54], while efforts on the excited states are few [55,56]. In this article, we assign the ρ(2000) and φ(2170) as the first radially excited states of D-wave vector ρ and φ mesons, study their masses and decay constants with the full QCD sum rules in detail.…”

“…Note that the semileptonic B → D * 2 (2460)ℓν ℓ decay channel is analyzed in [23] using the same method. The spectroscopic properties of the charmed-strange tensor meson D * s2 (2573) is also investigated in [24] using a two-point correlation function.…”
