ObjectiveThis study aimed to explore the construction of a three-level enteral nutrition nursing system under the “Internet + medical” mode and the clinical application effect.MethodsA total of 40 nurses from four primary and secondary hospitals in Jiangxi Province and 100 patients treated with enteral nutrition between January 2020 and December 2021 were enrolled in this study. Patients in the control group received routine enteral nutrition nursing. In the study group, a three-level enteral nutrition nursing system was applied under the “Internet + medical” mode to train and guide the implementation of clinical enteral nutrition. The changes in nurses' cognition and behavior in enteral nutrition safety nursing, comprehensive core competence before and after training, and the effect of enteral nutrition nursing were compared between the two groups.ResultsAfter 3 months of training, nurses' cognition and behavior scores in enteral nutrition safety nursing were higher than those before training (t = 11.780, P < 0.05), and nurses' core competence scores were higher than before training (P < 0.05). After 1 week of nursing, the nutritional risk screening 2002 (NRS2002) score decreased, and the levels of albumin and hemoglobin increased in both groups (P < 0.05). However, after 1 week of nursing, the NRS2002 score of the study group (2.89 ± 0.75) was lower than that of the control group (3.25 ± 0.82), and the levels of albumin (39.89 ± 3.21) and hemoglobin (119.57 ± 8.78) were higher in the study group than in the control group (albumin 36.25 ± 3.45, hemoglobin 113.66 ± 9.55) (P < 0.05).ConclusionThree-level enteral nutrition nursing linkage assisted by the “Internet + medical” mode can improve the cognition and behavior of medical staff in enteral nutrition safety nursing, as well as the comprehensive core competence of nurses, achieving good clinical effects.

It is technically challenging for pediatric anesthesiologists to use bronchial blocker (BB) to isolate the lungs of infants during thoracoscopic surgery. Further, BB currently sold in the market cannot match the anatomical characteristics of the infants, especially on the right main bronchus. It may easily cause poor exhaustion of the right upper lobe, which leads to interference with the thoracoscopic surgical field. The two dimensional reconstruction data of 124 normal infants’ airways were extracted from the medical image database of Beijing Children’s Hospital for statistical analysis. After using linear fitting and goodness-of-fit test, a good linear relationship was detected between infant age and various parameters related to aid in designing a new BB for infants (R2=0.502). According to the growth and development rate of infants, the DICOM files of airway CT scan of 7 infants aged 30, 60, 90, 120, 180, 270, and 360 days were selected to print non-transparent convex and transparent concave 3D models. The non-transparent convex model was precisely measured to obtain the important parameters for BB design infants only, to complete the design of BB, to generate the sample, and to verify the blocking effect of produced sample in transparent concave three-dimensional (3D) model.

Background: Premature babies are babies born at preterm gestational age, namely less than 37 weeks. Breastfeeding problems are often found due to inefficient and effective sucking abilities in premature babies. One of the interventions carried out by nurses to develop sucking and swallowing reflexes is oral stimulation with massage touches on the muscle tissue around the mouth. The hope is that this stimulation can improve the sucking reflex in premature babies, so that the length of stay is shorter, the baby's recovery is faster, the baby can catch up quickly and of course it can reduce medical costs. Purpose: To determine the effectiveness of giving oral stimulation to improve weak sucking reflexes in premature babies. Method: Quasi experimental with one group pre-post test design. The population used in this study was 30 premature babies who had weak sucking reflexes at RSU Royal Prima. The sampling technique uses total sampling. Results: Before oral stimulation, all participants (30 babies) had weak sucking reflexes and after being given oral stimulation, 4 babies had adequate sucking reflexes and 24 participants had good sucking reflexes. Conclusion: There is effectiveness of giving oral stimulation to improve weak sucking reflexes in premature babies.. Keywords: Oral Stimulation; Premature Baby; Weak Suction Reflex. Pendahuluan: Bayi prematur adalah bayi yang dilahirkan saat usia kehamilan kurang bulan yaitu kurang dari 37 minggu. Masalah menyusui sering ditemukan karena kemampuan menghisap yang belum efisien dan efektif pada bayi prematur. Salah satu intervensi yang dilakukan perawat untuk perkembangan refleks menghisap dan menelan adalah stimulasi oral dengan sentuhan pijatan pada jaringan otot di sekitar mulut. Harapannya dengan dilakukan stimulasi ini dapat meningkatkan reflek hisap pada bayi prematur, sehingga lama rawatan menjadi lebih singkat, pemulihan bayi lebih cepat, dapat mengejar ketertinggalan bayi dengan cepat dan tentunya dapat menekan biaya pengobatan. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui efektivitas pemberian stimulasi oral terhadap peningkatan reflek hisap lemah pada bayi prematur. Metode: Quasi eksperiment dengan one group pre-post test design. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah bayi lahir prematur sebanyak 30 bayi yang memiliki reflek hisap lemah di RSU Royal Prima. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan total sampling. Hasil: Sebelum dilakukan stimulasi oral seluruh partisipan (30 bayi) memiliki reflek hisap lemah dan setelah diberikan stimulasi oral terdapat sebanyak 4 bayi memiliki reflek hisap cukup dan sebanyak 24 partisipan memiliki reflek hisap Baik. Simpulan: Adanya efektivitas pemberian stimulasi oral terhadap peningkatan reflek hisap lemah pada bayi prematur. Kata Kunci: Bayi Prematur; Reflek Hisap Lemah; Stimulasi Oral.
