Abstract:It is technically challenging for pediatric anesthesiologists to use bronchial blocker (BB) to isolate the lungs of infants during thoracoscopic surgery. Further, BB currently sold in the market cannot match the anatomical characteristics of the infants, especially on the right main bronchus.
