The events that took place in the year 2020 have shown us that society is still fragile and that it is exposed to events that rapidly change the paradigms that govern it. This has been shown by a pandemic like Coronavirus disease 2019; this global emergency has changed the way people interact, communicate, study, or work. In short, the way in which society carries out all activities has changed. This includes education, which has bet on the use of information and communication technologies to reach students. An example of the aforementioned is the use of learning management systems, which have become ideal environments for resource management and the development of activities. This work proposes the integration of technologies, such as artificial intelligence and data analysis, with learning management systems in order to improve learning. This objective is outlined in a new normality that seeks robust educational models, where certain activities are carried out in an online mode, surrounded by technologies that allow students to have virtual assistants to guide them in their learning.

Traditional teaching based on masterclasses or techniques where the student develops a passive role has proven to be inefficient methods in the learning process. The use of technology in universities helps to generate active learning where the student's interest improves making him the main actor in his education. However, implementing an environment where active learning takes place requires a great deal of effort given the number of variables involved in this objective. To identify these variables, it is necessary to analyze the data generated by the students in search of patterns that allow them to be classified according to their needs. Once these needs are identified, it is possible to make decisions that contribute to the learning of each student; for this, the use of artificial intelligence is considered. These techniques emulate the processes of human thought using structures that contain knowledge and experience of human experts.Sustainability 2020, 12, 1500 2 of 20 components, the new technologies or also known as emerging technologies. These technologies provide special features to the campuses included in a layered architecture that includes data acquisition with an internet-based approach to things (IoT), cloud computing processing. The data generated from the interaction of the members, as well as those of the administrative management, are analyzed for the obtaining of knowledge and decision-making that provides solutions to the needs of each of the intelligent campus members [4]. However, implementing these technologies has a certain degree of difficulty because when talking about improving learning, this means that smart campuses must provide a personalized education. Smart campuses have many benefits to provide personalized education, among these benefits are that students achieve a deeper understanding of the concepts of a particular subject. It promotes a positive attitude towards learning and consequently, a greater motivation towards the subject [5].Smart campuses have strengthened their educational platforms and have improved their academic management capacity by being able to constantly monitor everything that happens in their vicinity. This is possible through systems of sensors and actuators, and computer applications that are responsible for identifying variables, making decisions and recommending activities to students. To meet these characteristics, the smart campus has complex architectures that allow it to manage a large volume of data in search of relevant information about its members. This process necessarily includes platforms for data management such as business intelligence (BI) or big data [6].The use of each of these platforms depends on the volume of data generated by each institution, in addition to the characteristics of each one. Based on the results of the data analysis, it is possible to make effective decisions that contribute to student learning. A sét of stéps for impléménting a chatbot, to support décision-making activitiés in thé softwaré incidént managémént procéss is proposéd and discusséd in this articlé. Each stép is préséntéd indépéndéntly of thé platform uséd for thé construction of chatbots and aré détailéd with théir réspéctivé activitiés. Thé proposéd stéps can bé carriéd out in a continuous and adaptablé way, favoring thé constant training of a chatbot and allowing thé incréasingly cohésivé intérprétation of thé inténtions of thé spécialists who work in thé Softwaré Incidént Managémént Procéss. Thé softwaré incidént résolution procéss accordingly to thé ITIL framéwork, is considéréd for thé éxpérimént. Thé résults of thé work présént thé stéps for thé chatbot construction, thé solution baséd on DialogFlow platform and somé conclusions baséd on thé éxpérimént.
