Sodium‐ion batteries (SIBs) are regarded as next‐generation secondary batteries and complement to lithium‐ion batteries (LIBs) for large‐scale electrochemical energy storage applications due to the abundant availability, even distribution, and cost‐effectiveness of raw sodium resources. The phosphate‐based polyanions stand out of various cathode material owing to their high operation voltage, stable structure, superior safety, and excellent sodium‐storage properties. The undesirable electric conductivities and specific capacities limit their large‐scale industrialization. Herein, a recent research development of phosphate‐based polyanion cathodes including orthophosphate, oxyphosphate, pyrophosphate, and mixed phosphates is thoroughly reviewed. Subsequently, the effect of modification strategies including element doping, surface coating, morphology control, and electrode design toward high‐performance cathode materials for SIBs are systematically explored. Finally, the future research directions of phosphate‐based polyanion cathodes based on electrochemical performance including reversible capacity, voltage, energy density, rate capacity, cycling stability, and commercial applications are comprehensively concluded. It is believed that current review will present instructive perspectives into developing practicable phosphate‐based polyanion cathode materials for SIBs.

Nrimo ing Pandum (Attitude of Acceptance) This Javanese philosophy is the attitude of accepting wholeheartedly all the shortcomings of what is done, never complaining. Self-acceptance is one of the most important factors for being happy. a person who can accept himself has a realistic assessment of his potential and a positive assessment of his self-esteem. The individual experiences a severe event after a family member (father) dies. The purpose of this study is to reveal in depth the cultural picture of nrimo ing pandum (self-acceptance) of the Javanese after their family members die. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The design of this research is ethnographic research that reveals aspects of a culture, namely Javanese culture. Data analysis was carried out with three streams of activities that occurred simultaneously, namely data reduction, data display, and verification. The research data were obtained from two Javanese people whose father died in the last three years. Based on data analysis, it was concluded that the process of self-acceptance consists of five stages and the factors that support self-acceptance of the Javanese are; The process of accepting self and circumstances, realistic expectations, social support, influence of success, identification with well-adjusted people, parenting style, and positive self-concept.

Bu çalışma ile üniversite öğrencilerinin karşılaştıkları akademik, sosyo-kültürel ve ekonomik sorunların belirlenerek çözümler geliştirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmada nitel desenlerden eylem araştırması fotoses odaklı yürütülmüştür. Katılımcılar 12 öğrenciden oluşmaktadır. Veriler içerik analizi ile çözümlenmiştir. Çalışma sonucunda; öğrencilerin sahip oldukları akademik, sosyo-kültürel ve ekonomik sorunlar beş tema ve 27 kod altında toplanmıştır. Tema ve kodlar bir bütün olarak değerlendirildiğinde; öğrencilerin akademik, sosyo-kültürel ve ekonomik açıdan birçok sorunla (hedef, içerik, öğretim süreçleri, ölçme-değerlendirme ve sosyo-kültürel ve ekonomik koşullar temalarında) karşı karşıya kaldığı görülmüştür. Bu sorunların çözümü için akademik personel ile idari personele hizmet içi eğitimler sunulması, gerekli eğitim yatırımlarının yapılması ve öğrenci gelirlerinin desteklenmesi gibi öneriler geliştirilmiştir. Araştırma sonuçları ve öneriler karar alıcılarla paylaşılarak öğrencilerin karşılaştıkları akademik, sosyo-kültürel ve ekonomik sorunların ortadan kaldırılması/en aza indirilmesi amaçlanmıştır.
