Abstract: Nrimo ing Pandum (Attitude of Acceptance) This Javanese philosophy is the attitude of accepting wholeheartedly all the shortcomings of what is done, never complaining. Self-acceptance is one of the most important factors for being happy. a person who can accept himself has a realistic assessment of his potential and a positive assessment of his self-esteem.
