Profil Hematologi Ayam Broiler yang Diberi Pakan Mengandung Enzim Fitase dengan Level Berbeda

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pemberian enzim fitase terhadap profil hematologi ayam broiler dengan level berbeda. Penelitian ini menggunakan 100 ekor ayam broiler umur 35 hari dengan 4 perlakuan. Perlakuan terdiri dari P0 tanpa enzim fitase, P1 (0.040%), P2 (0.045%) dan P3 (0,050%) enzim fitase. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan 5 pengulangan pada setiap perlakuan. Data hasil pengamatan dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis ragam dan uji lanjut Duncan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian enzim fitase dalam pakan ayam broiler dengan level berbeda berpengaruh nyata (P<0,05) terhadap nilai monosit dan limfosit, tetapi tidak berpengaruh nyata (P>0,05) terhadap nilai hemoglobin, eosinofil, heterofil, basofil, nilai H/L dan nilai kadar glukosa.
