Professionalism and professional-pedagogical competency of the university teacher: the balance between concepts

Abstract

Horban S. I. Capabilities of the design technologies in forming the professional training of the sacred art painters. In article attempt of the analysis of possibilities of design technologies to justify the need for their implementation in training future artists of sacred art. The importance of an innovative approach to learning and the priority of the teacher's adaptation, organizational and advisory functions are emphasized. The ways of realization of problematic learning technology of research type in professional training of future artists of sacral painting and special functions of technology of problem learning are determined. Based on the synthesis of the views of researchers, the definition of the term «project» is given, the importance of the project as a form of innovative activity is emphasized, which shapes the subjective position of the future artist of sacral painting, his skills and abilities. The article points out that with the help of technology; intelligent information is translated into the language of practical decisions. The basic requirements for the use of design technologies are characterized. The importance of collective creative work of students and work in small groups in the process of performing a joint artistic and creative task is emphasized. The basic directions of use of project technologies, characterized by special ways of interaction of the teacher and students, are revealed; directions of using problem-based learning technology as a tool for teaching future artists of sacral painting and a means of maximum approximation of the future specialist to real professional activity. In the article it is noted that due to realization of practical-creative individual and group projects there is a gradual formation of personal-individual, artistic-aesthetic, artistic-practical components of the future competence of the future artist of sacral painting. The productivity of design technologies, which are an important tool for problematic learning and the importance of introspection that influences the formation of reflection, is revealed. Possibilities of project technologies of training in formation of professional training of future artists of sacral painting are presented.
